I've a guarantee through Guarantee Immediate on my 2001 Audi A4. Our vehicle is employing an excessive amount of gas (2 quarts in 1000 kilometers centered on Livermore Audiis gas usage check). WarrantyDirect informs me that internally lubricated components are included in my guarantee. They needed me to approve tear down of the motor on February 9. Livermore Audi has recognized used (not damaged) bands and device instructions which are evoking the extra gas use. Warranty Direct has obtained all the preservation documents for this car. They needed Livermore Audi to deliver the cylinder-head towards the equipment store to become split down. The equipment store has confirmed that 9 device instructions are beyond threshold limits. This statement hasbeen supplied to WarrantyDirect.

Warranty Direct has delivered exactly the same insurer to Livermore Audi twice (March 4 and March 17). The insurer remained in the look for three minutes every time. He recognized the used bands on his initial visit (verbally) and mentioned he didn't have to visit the cylinder-head in the equipment shop. Then he submitted a study mentioned no harm. I approached Customer Support and finally needed to approve another trip to Livermore Audi (at my cost) to determine the cylinder-head at Livermore Audi (we'd it delivered in the equipment shop). The inspector requested for that equipment store statement but quit prior to the faxed copy was obtained. Then he submitted exactly the same statement declaring no harm. My partner was current on March 17 and noticed the insufficient examination and it has voiced using the master technician.

On Tuesday, March 24, Guarantee Immediate ultimately decided to obtain the equipment store statement sent for them. Livermore Audi delivered it to Ken Valestreri at Warranty Direct (Interstate) in Roseville, CA.

Warranty Direct informed Livermore Audi again today that they're questioning the state. There's obvious harm that requires restoration. The dealer is prepared and wanting to state in court against Warranty Strong.
