We saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale on their website for $17,500. They called my husband and my husband told them I will give you $16,500. They told him come on down to take a test drive. We fell in love with the car and we were approved for financing. We were supposed to go on March 20. My husband took off so we can pick it up. We were called at 11:00 only to be told that it would not pass inspection and needed a part. We were called an hour later to say that the part was on back order and that we would get the car Wednesday or Thursday. I called to complain but got nowhere. So today was the day to pick it up. My husband got off work early to pick it up. My husband called to make sure the car was ready only to be told that that there was something wrong with the inspection machine. We called back an hour later and they told us that it needed another part for $1800. We told them we are not paying and the deal is off. During this whole process they would never call us back. WE always had to call them!!! We feel like we have been jerked around. They have made the experience of buying a car a horrible one. I am going to make it my mission to make sure that I notify consumers about my experience and hopefully it will not happen again! Do not go to huntington auto mall!!!
