About 4 years ago I purchased an extended warranty from First Warranty Group. Now that I need them to cover a repair bill, they will not respond. The phone just rings and rings, then goes to busy, then hangs up. I sent a fax, no response. I sent an e-mail, came back as "undeliverable". This company is no worse than many of the bankers who ripped off many people and there should be some accountability by them for ripping off customers. It looks like I'm going to be stuck with an $800.00 repair bill.
