I when to IRA Nissan to buy a new 2009 xterra. What i got is: 1) it has 243 miles on the meter, 2) I when to pickup the xterra the tag on the key is yellow and marked as used, I ask them, they said it was a mistake. 2) I toke drive it home and feel somethings is not right and find out the last 7 VIN numbers on the xterra does not match all the papper works, then I called the dealer and ask what's going on? They told me to bring it in next day, and said the people upstair make a mistake. I told the sales manager that I have spoke to few people on this matter and they told me that somethings is not right and I should retrun the xterra. The dealer toke it back and wanted all the paper works but I have make a copy off it, I was lucky and able to get a full refund, i will report it to AG, BBB and Nissan-USA. On this matter.
