I received a call from from interstate auto movers for a quote of $400 to move my motorcycle from Texas to New Jersey. So being on a tight schedule and a resonable price i book it with them 2 weeks before i would be moving. I specified that it MUST be picked up between the 17-19, as they required a 3 day window. And i would not be here as i was leaving on the early on the 21st. The salesman assured me that was no problem. It would deff be picked up, there is nothing to worry about. I gave them a call on the 16th to see what day they would be here to pick it up. They had no idea, they didnt even have a truck on the way. So i call back the 17th they still had nothing to tell me. The foreign customer service rep even started to get an attitude with me. The same thing happened the 18th. Today thelast day of the final window and they have no truck coming to pick up. Then thy tell me we can send a truck but he wont pick up till tomorrow and they will drop it off in bordentown nj which is over an hour from where the original drop off is. This is also not what was agreed upon in the contract. They would not give a refund after they couldnt fill the shippment. They have only one customer service rep and i had to call 15-30 times before getting through to anyone. They set up their contract and try to rob you for your deposit. This company is clearly a scam
