To whom it may concern;
I went to priority Nissan on March 12th, to get a oil change, also to quote me a price for a tune up on my car.
Tech, TJ at the Newport News, Va auto service department, quoted me with the Tune up along with a long list of other things that is wrong with my car, here is the listing. Tune up Fuel Service, Drive Belt, Tie Rod End Outer, TJ stated that they are blown, brake Flush, Power Steer, also alignment Need to be done, once I replace my Tie Rod... All of this would of run me, $1110.50, if I was stupid enough to let them fix all the problem they said was wrong with my car. I let Priority Nissan, change my Oil Change, and change the drive belt on the car. Upon that, the company telling me everything what was wrong with the car, I call Midas to check out the problem on my car. I let Midas, do the Tune up which save me a great deal from 446 to 210.15, they change the power steer flush 79.00 Midas, did not see anything else wrong with my car, they stated my Tie Rod was perfect.
I don't know if this company tried to rip me off because I'm a woman or what. I also contact the manager JD at that store he was suppose to call me back, I never heard anything from him. I contact him back stating I was waiting for his return call.
All am trying to say is, it is the principle of it all. Thank god I did not get my car fix thru Priority Nissan, I will not ever step a foot back into that place on Jefferson Newport News, Va... Big Rip-Off, I will always go to Midas to do service.
