Went on 02/16/09 to get an Oil Change for a 2002 Ford Focus. One week later my oil light had came on and when I checked my oil... What do you know bone dry! Called the district manager that was printed on bottom of reciept and he stated to me that for my troubles he would send me a certificate for $150.00 worth of work. I then called store # 219 where I had the work done and they sent a serviceman out. Only to find that they had put the wrong oil filter on my car! He then had to go back to the shop to get more oil and the correct filter. I have pictures showing him doing this at my appartment parking lot.
Three weeks go by and I call the DM asking where my credit was. He told me no way did he say anything like that and he was very rude and yelling on the phone. I advised him that I was going to take this to a person higher up. Seems you cannot get a regional managers phone# except through the DM. How funny is that.
