Do not ever buy anything from this dealership as they well lie to you and cost you a lot of money in the end. Here what they did to my wife and I and I have a witness to it all

This all started back on July 26. My wife and I went down to United Dodge as we had heard of a special sale they were having were you could get up to 10,000.00 dollars cash back on any car or truck deal. Sue and I went down to United Dodge and we were not looking for a new truck but some thing that was not to old 2005 or 2006. We had a 2005 Chevy Colorado that we were going to trade. We wanted some thing a little bigger as we were thinking some time down the road of getting another pull behind camper. The salesmen that I talk to on the internet Dale Simmens was not there and was given to another sales person name Frank Sanchezes. He showed us a 2006 Ram truck that they took in on trade that had 26,000 miles and was in real nice shape. Ask the salesmen why the truck had so low of miles and he told us that the person that owned it was in the service and did not use it much. Now mind you they took the Chevy on that day and as the 2006 would not ready to deliver, that they were going to bring the truck to our apt on the following Tuesday. We were given a 2008 truck to drive till then. Tuesday came, and still, no truck. Called and they said that it was not done yet. Friday came, still no truck. After about 8 days, they finally said that they could not sell that truck because the deal fell thru for the person that it belonged to. This is when all the lies started and never needed with this dealership.
Went back in on 8-02, and was told that they had another truck. Went and looked at what they pick out and this was the that they shoved down our throats. We took the truck home on a Saturday and on that following Monday as I was going to work at 5:15 am I was pulled over by the cops. Had no running lights on the whole left side of the truck He gave me a warning ticket. Took the truck back that day after work and they had the truck for another 4 days. Gave me another car to drive. Got the truck back and all was well for about 1 month and again I get pulled over for no running lights. Again I was given a warning. That was on a Monday. Sue is off on Mondays and Tuesdays so I had some one pick me up for work, as this is the only transportation we have. Sue took it to the dealership and the service manager told her that it was going to cost us almost 600.00 dollars to fix. She called me and I told her that is under warranty. They told her that it was not and charged us 97.00 dollars just for looking at it. Then I told Dale that this has been a problem from day 1 with this truck. I was told too bad not to bring the truck back to them any more and to take it somewhere else for service. I called everyone at that dealership to complain and no one would ever talk to use and never called us back.
I called an attorney, out of the phone book and he gave me some steps to follow to try to get some sort of satisfaction from this mess. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the DMV and the Nevada Attorney General Office.
About a week after I filled with the Better Business Bureau is when I get the call from Bart Barker. This was Oct. 22. Told me he was some VP of some thing and if I wanted to trade my truck. I told him HELL NO, there was no way I would ever come back to that shit hole ever again. He asked why, so I told him part of what I have been thru so far. Told me to bring my wife and come down and he would make things right. Told him that there is no way that Sue would ever come back to that dealership. He said call him when I got home from work and he would talk to her. When we got home from work I called Bart and he talk to Sue and convinced her to come down that he would make every thing right. This was on Saturday Oct 25. We got there at 9:00 am. We met with Bart and we went to look at 2008 model trucks. Sue seen a color she liked and her and Bart and Joe went for a ride and I stayed back and walked around the lot. As I walked the lot I seen a 2005 silver Ram that was set up just the way I wanted. It had the running boards for Sue and the hard cover on the bed. Well Bart took us in the showroom but said we are going to the back by part room so we can be way from every thing going on up front. Bart went to write the deal. When he came back there was another person with him. Bart started telling us about the deal and about half way thru the other person jumped in. They called him Diamond Dave, ask who, he was and was told by Bart that he was the big Boss and could make things happen. They showed us the deal and I was not happy about a 750.00 of so truck payment. Dave could see that it bothered me so he said to Bart that he was taking over the deal and that he would not make any money on the deal and that he would be right back. Before he left I had said to Sue that I seen a 2005 out there that was set up sweet. Dave came back with two papers and said here is what we are going to do. He said he went thru the paper work on the 2004 truck and said that we should of never been sold to you that they took advantage of the both of you and we are going to make this truck go away like you never bought it. He said that he was not going to strap use with that kind of payment to where we would be eating soup every night. He turned the paper over with the deal on the 2008 and said that's dead. Then he said look out the window and there was the 2005. Sue went out and looked at it and as I did fell in love with it. Then we sat back down and Dave showed use the deal on that truck. I asked him that he was showing no trade, and he said I know. I told both of you that that truck is gone, out of your life forever. He said that he would sell enough cars over the weekend to cover this and a lot more. I did not question him on it any more. We went to finance and finished all the paper work. Even gave us a 3 year 36,000 bumper to - bumper warranty real cheep. We were so happy when we left feeling that some one finely helped us to settle this mess.
Little did we know what was waiting for us! We didn't here from anyone. Then I had said to Sue that the temp tags were up on the 24 of this month. So I drove to the dealership on the 20th to find out what was going on. No one was there that we made the deal with. So, Another man who said he was the asst. Sales manager would help me. He looked up the deal and said to me that they could not get us financed. I ask why? He said because we had the loan on the 2004. I told him that they had that truck. They took that truck and told use they would eat that deal and we took the 2005. This guy looked like he had just seen a ghost. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get things straitened out. So they gave me another temp tag good till the end of Nov.
On that following Monday I got a call from Bart and said that I had to bring the truck back. I asked what he was talking about and all he said was that he was told to call me and tell me to bring it back. I told him no. I have a contract and we would go to court and the he hung up on me. About 2 hours latter I get a call from Jason Mikner who said he was the sales manager. He was very ignorant with me and said I guess you did not understand Bart when he asked you to bring the truck back. I told him the same thing I told Bart. I have a contract that you had 15 days from the date it was signed to break. He said that they sent us a letter on the 8 of Nov. I told him that was a lie. That if they sent us a letter on that date why did they give me another temp tag on the 20th 12 days latter. He hung up on me, and 2 hours latter they stole the truck. That is were we stand now, we have no truck at all. The 2005 they stole from use we have about 800.00 dollars worth of stuff in it.
This dealership has cost us so much money in the last 5 months. They did not payoff the Chevy and they took another payment out for a truck we did not have for 2 month. Now we don't have any truck and there was a payment due on the 2004 truck that they have had since the 25th of Oct. This is a truck I do not want back as I cant, drive at night and we have had many problems with. This is why they took it back and we got the 2005 because the 2004 is a lemon. United Dodge needs to be taught a lesson. We want our 2005 truck back
