This company bought the rights to my car title while I was under a chapter 13 case. I have now paid it off but they will not send the title. This car was wrecked and they have to have the title in order to pay me the value of the car. No title no money. My lawyer has wrote them and still no title. This company got a order from the courts to hold my title but after the courts pay them they don't want to give me the title.
