Roy morrison from claims service professionals, initiallyappraised the damage to my suv in less than 10 min, had to return for the second time to redue the estimate. When he arrived he had pissed off attitude because he had to go out of his way, he was a week late for the second appraisal... I ask him why he did not see the other damage, when my body shop found $2000 worth of additional damage in 5 minutes. Roy morrision started to yeal at me and point he finger in my face and threatened to drop me to the blacktop, since i did not appreciate his workmanship... Claims service did not even appologize for his attitude, and nothing has been done since... If you live pa i strongly recomend not using this company especially roy morrison...
