Sold a dangerous car and lied about doing repairs on a warranty

In November I had the misfortune of buying a 2004 Cadillac Escalade from this company in Winter Haven, Florida. I was assured when I bought the vehicle there was a dealer courtesy warranty on it for 90 days. Immediately, from the test drive, I heard a humming noise on the vehicle. I was told by both the salesperson and Louie the owner that it would be taken care of as well as detailed.

So it brings me to this letter, which I will post online, the Better Business Bureau and tell whomever will listen about this company and the people that they employ. They are dishonest thieves with no conscience who are the epitome of lying cheating used car salesmen. They left me to drive a car that was clearly dangerous and could have locked up causing a serious accident which could have caused serious injury or death to me and my three small children according to the ASE certified mechanic that finally diagnosed the problem. This was done after I took it to their dealership and two other dealerships they own to diagnose the problem.

This company has no ethics or morals and have done nothing but the bare minimum at keeping their word after numerous telephone calls and threats of a lawsuit. I hope that this letter warns anyone away from every single one of your companies.
