Sold me a used van that didnt work. And i want my money back which is 3,031.000

The harvey auction ripoff me with a used van a 2000 pontiac montana. The purhase price was just $2000. Then the buyer premium was $400. Then auction fee was $99. Then tax on purchase was $224. Then the title, plate& doc $293. Then postage fee was $15. And my total price was $3,031.. So...

At the end i got a lemon van i still say that they over changed me for this van. And would give me my money back so i lost my money i saved for a van for me and my kids... And i would like to sue them too.
