I found a web site selling a HYDRAFICIENT WATER FUEL CELL. It looked like it was a real deal, So I emailed the owner tony, & asked lots of Questions. He was very helpful. So I bought 1 at 400.00 When it arrived I hooked it up, It did not work, So I contacted Tony He stated I need 2 of them in oder to work on my truck, So I bought a second unit at 140.00 so when it came it I hooked it up. IT DID NOT work. Then when I contacted tony he was not as helpful. I sent him emails daily for 4 months trying to get him to refund my money or send a working unit to me. When he would respond to an email It would be, Who are you? What do you want? So it would start all over again. It has been 7 months. & all i get is Nothing. I have 540.00 worth of Nothing, I have reported him to the credt card co, The BBB. & my local police. I still have Nothing Nore any responce from him.
