I have my insurance with Geico. I called on 1/8 to cancel my auto pay. They confirmed it was cancelled and no more withdrawls would take place. On 1/29 Geico deducted another payment which caused our account to overdraft 377. Geico admitted their error and told me to fax over my bank statement reflecting this and it would be re imbursed. I did so then received another call saying now they can't find record and will not refund this. What a rip off company!!!
