Chrysler
Illegal collection practices, dealership dishonest and corrupt

My letter sent to United States Federal Reserves... PLEASE HELP! WE ALL NEED A STABLE ECONOMY!

Dear Federal Reserves:

I would like to address a few issues concerning Chrysler Financial. I do sincerely appreciate your time. As an American, It is very important that this matter gets some attention, as I see that necessary changes need to be made all around. I am one working class American, in which some eyes may not see "All that important".in my eyes that is where it all truly starts. America is made of all single Americans. We are the people, from the richest of rich to the poorest of poor! What the Big CEO does effects our economy more than what I do. The CEO makes more public speeches than I do. How can we truly ever see the full picture, if we only look at the big picture? Please sincerely ask yourself this question! If change is not made from the smallest of small versus the biggest of big, successful change will never be truly and successfully accomplished. As if that CEO does not look at the company from the smallest to biggest he will fail! When he fails it hurts America's economy, and all of America's people! I as one American can only effect the economy by choosing not to pay my taxes, choosing not to work, therefore relying on welfare, etc. Martin Luther King Jr. Is one of my biggest role models. He was one person with a dream that dramatically changed America for the better. Over time many average people have unrealistically came to believe they cannot make a difference, in which they live day today with "whatever happens... Happens prospective." I know different "We are the people" it is time to speak up! It will start with one person! The one person is affected by the economy, All the way up The President of United States of America! All of the single Americans are the ones that keep America running! What if all of "We the people" choose not to work tomorrow? America is no more! The economy affects me as well as you! I want to know I have my job tomorrow, my freedom tomorrow. As I know you do. But to my one piece of advice, rather than complaint, I would like to make my issue known. I know this is an issue with many, from my internet search to find Jim Press, Robert Nardelli, etc. Email addresses... As of yet I have not found them... I wonder why? I know that they do not want to receive millions of complaints a day. I also know that many do not try to pay their bills, as credit and promises to pay mean nothing to them. Yet they complain when they get calls, letters, and eventually their vehicle taken etc. To think otherwise is extremely unrealistic. I do not send this email for selfish reasons, as I know that I will make it through tough times. I write this for one reason alone. The Federal Reserve's need to look at some of Chrysler's professional standards and integrity, before having dealings with Chrysler. What the Federal Reserve's does affects many. What Chrysler and others do with the money effects many etc. So the way Chrysler and others control their employees from biggest to smallest, also affects many. So whew, to my personal issue. Hopefully you can get this to the ones that can make a difference.in 2007 I leased a Jeep Commander. I signed a promise to pay. I made a commitment to pay, that I hold myself responsible to.in 2007 I was on top of the world financially. Circumstances came knocking at my door however, as it could yours. I found out that I was pregnant... That leads to finding out I have cancer... I was a Realtor, all I have to say is economy. Now I know that this is heard often, I care for no one to feel sorry for me, as I am a strong person. I will overcome! As mentioned, I'm not looking for help, nor do I wish to get individual people in trouble. Although some have been the ugliest of ugly! Regardless of my sincere efforts and calm demeanor. As that is not the cause, nor do I hold grudges. We get nowhere that way Bad Bad=Bad, only good stands a chance! I will however record conversations', giving knowledge beforehand. Back to my story (Getting a little ADD on you LOL) Got to have humor. So after my savings etc. Flew away in the wind. I began to get behind. Keep in mind now, I am paying still, and trying to keep my promise to Chrysler Financial, that I respect. Yes it is usually late, only since my circumstances. Yes it is behind. Yes they have to collect. Yes they have to do, what they have to do. Chrysler has money tied up in it after all! I am an understanding person. Do the collectors, have to be rudest of the rude? I explained what has happened to me, "You should have planned" The collector says. At one time I was prepared for circumstances. I mention, I know I promised to pay and am trying to fulfill my promise. "You have to stick to it" the rude collector says. True, but does the promise to pay say: I WILL NEVER, without a doubt have a life circumstance? NO! Or no one on this earth could honestly sign it. I ask can you please work with me. "We have, how much do you expect us to put up with." Now yes they have put up with the late payments, and for that I am grateful. Chrysler has no other assistance, in which I'm fine with, and I am not owed assistance of any sort. Smart? I do not think so. I tell him what and when I can pay. Not good enough. I say I will pay over the internet. Not good enough. I say when and what I can pay, so I finally can get caught up. Not good enough... Yet it was not months or years away. So with the payments I have planned, I will be caught up by the end of Feb. So it is Jan. The 29th today. He is already asking me about March 1st's payment. "Will it be on time?" I tell him I will try, that I will not make a promise I can't keep. He says many rude things about that, and asks me when did you say you were going back to work? I tell him and he goes on and on. Finally I say something and He says "March 1st. You need to be on time, end of discussion. Is he asking much of this out of anger? Who knows. So yes I do the wrong thing and hang up. Phone rings again, Can't say for sure was him. I did not answer. Who would? I know I should answer many times, yet I don't because of the verbal abuse. I send emails, no responses ever. If this happening to me... It is happening to many others. He says many other rude and unnecessary things. Can he say that he, himself could never have circumstances? However that is not the point. I do not want the jeep if I have to live with this for another month, to another month and half. I would rather it go back! Yet, I hold myself responsible for my promises! Chrysler loses more from a repo. Than working with me and stopping the abuse. If I am struggling now and have the car... Who knows when I can pay the difference left from auction, plus tow, etc. Now having to get another car... Why is it so hard to work with me, I do not have a clue... At least they are still getting the payment, although behind. What do they have to lose? A chance to get ALL the money back? I know that if someone tries to work with me, and is kind, I would feel guilty, if I did not follow through, versus telling them what they want to hear to avoid the verbal abuse! I write this to you, the Federal Reserve for one reason... If this is the way Chrysler conducts business, they will be in a situation such as mine! Should anyone trust them with money? Because circumstances happen, is the saying. Not only to me! I will send this to many, because it effects the already struggling economy.in which is every American.

Additionally when purchasing my Jeep... The Dealership suggested I let my Dodge go back... Not financed through them... Because I was so bad in the negative, and was going to walk because of payments being so high... Only after learning the 1st set of papers, I did not sign, because it did not include payoff of my dodge, in which they tried to trick me into signing. I said "where are the papers I need to sign over my car to you guys?"

Only then did I learn why my payments were so good from the first set of papers. I did the right thing, I paid $7,500.00 out of pocket to still get my jeep. I still did not like the payments, but after thinking the jeep was mine {from 1st set of papers}. I literally cried and let them talk me into signing... in which I was still at fault, I didn't have to sign.

Could it be Chrysler only cares about their economic condition instead of America's economy as a whole? Just maybe my situation happened for a reason! Chrysler's Employees make suggestions about letting my husband's vehicle financed on the secondary market go back. Now my situation with them. Something to think on.

A BIG EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY! Chrysler's Dealership loves the secondary market, when their crocked sales managers' wants a sell. The sales manager will suggest a loss for the secondary market. A Doubled edged sword for the secondary market! Anything to get a sale!

Thank you for your consideration
