Able Auto Transport is a automobile relocation broker. If you need your car shipped from point A to point B they offer this service.

Facts:

I needed my car shipped from CA to FL. I was offered $800.00 by AAT for the move. An offer was sent via email and I accepted. I paid a $100.00 deposit. I left CA. The car was ready for pickup on 12/22 but was not picked up until 1/16. Almost a month later.

I was told 5-7 days for pickup. And I depended on this assurance.

During this time the car ran the risk of being towed. Able provided lackluster service at best.

Basically, come to find out, they posted my car on a website and sat back and waited for someone else to get it. Proactive steps were not taken to pick up the car until it had sat for almost 1 month. Many emails and phone calls were made on my part and much time was wasted. Finally the car was delivered over a month later.

I feel this is not fair. Any business who assures/promises a customer X product or X service must live up to this. For verification of these facts my order number with Able Auto Transport was 21089261

It was a miracle the car did not get towed.
