Utah Auto sales has screwed me too! In August I traded in my Volkswagen jetta, on a truck for my dad. Kevin Gallagher has still not paid off my loan.
I've only heard that he is waiting for financing to "get approved" and then my loan will be taken care of. Since i've heard this month after month, i don't believe a word of it anymore. I'm ready to take action!
If there is a class action suit going on that i don't know about i want to be part of it! I have no car to sell, but a $5800.00 debt hanging over my head! I'm a working mother and a student I have enough to worry about without crap like this! The worst part of all of this is it was the very next day after i traded in the car that every car on the lot was gone! Nobody said a word to us, but you know they knew what was coming.
Not only did Kevin have the money from the car i traded in, he also got $12,000 from my dad's bank to pay for the truck he bought. Does anyone know if the cars from the lot have been sold? If so, has he committed a crime by selling cars with out titles? Because my bank still has my title.
I want answers, and I'm ready for this to be over! Somebody, anybody i'm ready to join you and fight!
