I agree with the comments listed about UPS they are a horrible company. A company should be measured on how they respond to customer concerns. I sent a box of hair products to a customer. One of the 10 items had spillage. UPS trough the entire contents away and stated that all ten caps were loose. This is a lie, I packed the products myself and no for a fact that the labels were not loose. When asked for a reveiw they denied my claim. When asked why they just didn't send it back was told the driver decided that is was in the best interest to discard entire "hazerdous' contents. Did I mention that the product was shampoo and conditioner... Horrible company.
