Our vehicle[2001 PTC LE] is being maintained at pepboys since I'd truly poor support in a car dealer, and my car began overheating again 2 times before I got it to pepboys. I had been proven a component that they named a "bypass pipe" that was rusty and thusly was dripping water really poor. Then they showed me the bump indicator was damaged[possibly from the seller or them] and desired to cost me $72 for changing this component aswell. Later that evening I investigated both components online and just found the bump indicator was just $40 and also the "bypass Pipe" couldn't be identified. Subsequently pepboys stated the part shipped in the seller was incorrect and today it'll charge me $100 more to acquire and deploy the right part since the seller "listed the incorrect component". To date I've dropped 2days of function and $400 for my next check since I've to provide might work purchases absent to my customers. I'll shed my company since I've no further money to invest.
Pepboys has bankrupted me and certainly will not launch my vehicle and so I could possibly get back again to function to create money to pay for my expenses.
I own this vehicle and also have endured poor support from ASE technicians from all of the locations I went for support from. I want quality today. I've no further persistence for poor support from "ASE technicians" who're reckless and damage honest employees vehicles
