I got my 2002 Dodge smart to pepboys to get a reg. Oil-change... Heat listing was over A - 100 my girlfriend and that I got caught privately of the rode, fortunately a ok state trooper arrived along and forced us to ohio okay. Where we'd to possess our vehicle towed there $95 then we'd to possess someone else pull it from there to tulsa where we stay another $200! I'd 3 diff. Technicians take a look at my vehicle all of them stated that my vehicle is initial dysfunction was caused by having no radical. Liquid.!!! I named pepboys and also the supervisor there mentioned he might consider the videos and obtain back again to me... He never did I'd to contact him back, then he mentioned this wasn't pepboys problem that I poss. Had a broken head gasket fan would want a compensation. Check to determine. I named their corp # plus they had my vehicle towed to pepboys and did the compensation. Check -they claimed it had been a lost head gasket fan it couldnt have occurred from no radical. Liquid...!!! They (actually the region sup.) stated that chrysler has faulty components on my vehicle that venture out... They stated that they'd be happy to repair it for me personally and might actually provide me a disk. Rather than the nearly $1900 they'd just cost me $1600!!! Um, yes, okay its not your problem though every mech. I have spoken to stated it's -fan youll provide me a disk. Why??? I'm a mother-of 6 in college for nursing that now's stuck all w/d of pepboys!!! Please everyone avoid there!!!
