Brought my car for battery change. While the car was in Pepboys shop, left signal bulb unit was cut out. The replacement cost $140 bucks at the dealership. Pepboys manager denied the claim as "unrelated to the job done".
It took me 6 months to get him to evaluate the claim and he was rude too.
