Recent Capital One Solicitation Cases

We're several pupils in Rockville, doctor, who're presently focusing on Money One’s misleading and deceptive steps towards its potential clients.

We're searching for individuals who within this past year had difficulties with Capital One.

These problems include:

A. Being solicited by Capital One with pre-approved bank cards;

W. Unawareness of registration in “Payment Safety Plan”;

D. Unawareness of the real credit limitations, application fees, and overdue & within the restriction fees;
