I received a 2008 Cadillac STS for Christmas this year. Wow! I was amazed and impressed. The car has a lot of luxuries, including heated seats and heated steering wheel. Really nice touches. It has a built in navigation system. However, this next part, is why I am telling you not to buy a GM product. The car only came with one key. That's right, only one. When I asked for the another key, I was told that I could buy it for $172.57. Also, I asked for the navigation DVD. Come to find out that is another $199.00. What kind of company sells you a car with only 1 key? What kind of company says that if you want the navigation system in your car to work you have to buy a DVD for $199.00? This is nuts. I have tried to deal with Cadillac Assistance to no avail. Their reply is go to the dealer and spend another $400.00 to make your car complete.

Well, here is my response! I will not purchase another GM product. Enough of that! If they treat all of there customers the way they have treated me, it is no wonder they are in serious trouble. I have not bought a Honda since 1988, but I may go back to them. Of course there are a lot of other car companies out there. I am pretty sure they would love to sell me a car, and would include 2 keys with it along with the DVD if needed
