I bought a used car from Family Auto Sales with 3000 miles warranty that they never registered with the Warranty company.
After owning the car for about a week I told the owner that there was something wrong with car when you turn and his reply was to make some payments and then bring it back. As to this day he has still not tried to repair this.
So after the car broke down after having it two and half weeks. The warranty company had no knowledge of me purchasing this car. I bought the car October 10 and they have had to repair on four occassions. They demand extra money from me beside my car note.
The last time I took the car in they charged me and now the car will barely run. I have been calling them and they will not answer the phone nor return my phone calls.
I explained to the owner that I can not afford to make payments every two weeks and to pay for repairs too.
