Screwed up my vehicle over three times & then ignored me & never fixed the issue!

Its been three trips to John Holtz Honda in Rochester, NY & the story has been one foul up after another. Over three weeks in the shop & counting for something that should have been resolved the first time. See the Youtube video for yourself.
