I applied for a car loan in a website, less then 30 minutes latter i got an e mail from escomotors with the title" your car loan has being approved" the e - mail was sent by a person named gina, i called gina and a person by name julie answered the phone and said gina was busy but she could help me. I said i want get information on the approval like interest rate and terms and she said for me to come in because of security reason, i question that since we were not talking about any security informaton other then information on interested rate. So i explanined to her because of the distance i need to ask few question, and the first questio i asked her was that i applied to a car loan because i want to buy a specific car in a specific cad dealer, she told me no problem we are goint to issue a check and you can buy the car anywhere i want, but because of her attitude i suspect some was wrong and i ask her if she was a direct lender or work for a company that help people get the loan somewhere else and she said she is the direct lender and that she issues the check witch was a big lie. Because she acted strange on the phone i went on the website for her company escomotors and found out this was not a lender company but a small car dealer, i called back to confront her and she got nasty on the phone and still deninig that i could buy the car form anywhere i want. Finally i called back to speak with gina and julie pick up the phone and gave a different excuse and i ask to speak yo the manager and someone by name cinthia took my call and when i confront her if i ever could buy the car anywhereelse she told me "no" at that point i told about my conversation with julie and she too got nasty so i inform her that i would report her company and she recommend that i hang up and do so... Once more stay away what they do id... Bait and switch
