CIC CE Credit Report
Charged my account for a Credit report i did a month ago

I did so a Credit History per month before and that I was billed $14.00 they never mentioned something about an ongoing cost along with that it set me negitive in my own account and so I need my $14.00 as well as the $35.00 over-draft charge-back in my own account
