Charging $12.95 a month out of checking account

They've billed $12.95 per month out-of my bank account for that previous 8 weeks. I DO NOT NEED A CREDIT HISTORY SUPPORT! Simply investigated free credit history to determine that which was required, and all the unexpected they're getting out money each month. Do not require it. Donot want to buy. How can we eliminate them??
