I stop in to look at a car i found one and i looked at it. I have a bkokrn ankel and the window tint wasent done. So i couldent drive it we came to a price. When i said i couldent wait any longer he asked me what it would take to close the deal i said four thousand dollors cash! He siad ok let me get it. The window ttinter wasn't done so i said let him finish i will be back in the morning at 9 am test drive it and pay for the car he agreed.
The next morming we test drove it. He filled out the paper work and rose the price by one thousand sis hundred dollors. I said what are you doing he said he can't sell it for the price we agreeded on. I have to make some money. I said we made an agreement and that 's not the price. To me thats fraud. So i said ok by!
So be wair if the writing and the smooth talk.in these hard times you would think they would want to make a sale. I told him in the beginning i like to keep business in the neghborhood. And that he understaneded. So he doesn't even care about his neighbors.
