Central Parking System
Charged twice for parking once, no refund. Ripped off

I parked once at a Central Parking lot in downtown Houston. I was charged once on 11/26 for the parking, and that charge was valid. I was charged AGAIN on 12/3, although I only parked there once. I am getting a complete runaround and when I call to get a refund the manager Joe Walker keeps telling me he's "looking into it". They are waiting for me to go away so that they don't have to refund my money.
