Akuma Helmets - iht Technology
No refund and billing dept. Either gone or at meetings when called to talk to them!

I ordered a motorcycle helmet from akuma helmets. When i ordered the helmet it turned out it was backordered, got a call from them and got notified it was backorderd so i waited for acouple of months and was told the shipment was stuck in custums. So i canceled my order, i have been really nice and been waiting for it for 2 months calling them acouple of times within the 2 months. Each time was told that finance dept. Will contact me or check my next statement. I check my bank online never got my money back and now it seems like the finance dept is at meetings all day and take lunch all day and don't come back or get in contact with me. I'm tired of talking to there customer service that can't help me with anything but tell me to check my statement and i will forward it to finance dept. And nothing happens or gets done.
