I'm reporting the finance aspect of this business to caution others that may consider the need to finance should they decide to purchase a vehicle at Honda West. The finance company at this dealership tried there there best to play unethical games during my vehicle purchase. Not only did they attempt to plug numbers into the contract that were never discussed, they tried to suggest to us that it could not be financed without a WARRANTY (another easy profit maker for the dealer).
Caution to others - watch the numbers on the contract with this company. They will assume that your going to sign for items which they have not even discussed with you in advance!!! That is clearly an unethical practice and it likely works for them on a significant percentage of time with unaware customers.
Read your contract and question all charges - it will save you before you sign!
