This is only PART of the complaint I filed with Just Brakes... NEVER USE THESE IDIOTS, NEVER!!!
One of your service representatives, Rock Miller blatantly lied when I initially called on the 2nd of May for an appointment with Just Brakes location #54 by saying he had the parts needed for a friction relign for my make and model of car. He also said the work would be completed by the end of the day.
I left my work place and dropped my car off in good faith to have the work done and ready the same day. At 6 P.M. On the same day, another employee called me and said they did not have rear pads for my car and it would be the next day before my car was ready. I asked for a firm time and he said 9 A.M.
The next day, May 3rd, I took off of work once again to pick my car up and arrived at store #54 at 9:15 A.M. The service representative said my car was not ready and after talking to the employee who had made me the 9 A.M. Promise, he said we must have a communications problem.
I then asked for him to call me at work when my car was ready and borrowed a ride from one of the other Just Brakes employees. Later that day I phoned store #54 and the service representative said my car was ready but he forgot to call me. He also added because parts were delivered late he was not charged for my rear brake pads. When I arrived to pick my car up, I was charged full price. When I questioned the amount, he stated he had to charge the advertised priced "or the corporate office will think I am stealing from them".
After he stated that, I paid full price to avoid confrontation, did not sign the "work accepted by" line, went home and immediately filed a charge dispute with my CC company...
