To start with my registration card showed 3,000 more miles than the odometer had when I first drove the truck.
Sometimes the truck won't start, so before I could make an appointment with RK a letter came from Chevrolet, stating that some of the Colorados had problems like the one I am having. They put a seven-year, 100,000 mile warranty on the vehicles for this problem.
When I took my truck in, the man acted like he didn't know anything about the problem and had never seen the letter (which I gave to him to read.) After about an hour, he came back and asked me if I knew my warranty wasn't any good and had I been in a wreck. No.
He said the title was branded and the warranty had a block on it which meant that the vehicle was unsalvageable.
He gave me a copy of the vehicle inquiry system report. It shows that the description is "junk" and it was branded on May 1. I bought the truck on May 2.
He then gave me DMV's phone number and who to contact in Richmond about taking the block off.
These people can not be trusted.
