Nearly every time I get my oil changed at Saturn of Gwinnett I notice that the service dept. Tries to tag me with unnecessary repairs resulting in very high charges - some exceeding over a 1000 dollars. I have owned 5 saturns and have been a long time customer but this pattern is developing with more frequency lately. I became suspicious and started getting 2nd opinions from other offsite mechanics. To my dismay I have found Saturn using deceptive practices in order to pad the bill. Thats why they have lost another loyal customer.
