After receiving my checking account statement I noticed that I had a $99 electronic transfer from my account. After researching this, I found it to be a withdrawal by Continental Auto Rescue.
I contacted this company at a toll free number and was told by some dimwit that all he could do is send me a non-renewal form so I would not be charged for this service next year.
After telling this guy that I had no idea that I was even a member he informed me that I had signed up with one of their distibutors, but could not tell me who the dist. Was.
I expressed to him that I am a divorced, single mother of two children and someone taking $99 out of my account was really not convenient. Of course, all he could do is send me a NON RENEWAL form or transfer this service to a family member or friend that might be able to use it.
I would like to know how many people this company has gotten for $99/ each. And, do you think they pay this dimwit answering the phone enough to listen to a day full of people wanting their money back???
