ICTS Radio Now, LLc / SL-75 Oxy Hydrogen Generator
Missing parts and not installed as promised

I approached Richard Bailey and bought an SL-75 Oxy Hydrogen Generator on August 1. The purchase involved installation. I received the turbine plus some misc components the very first week in Sept. Lacking was a container appreciated at $40.00. I've spoken to Richard Bailey and Randy Franklin often about the telephone. Every time we spoke they assured me the installment could be finished quickly. To date, I'm lucky to possess received the components they delivered.
