Do not actually remove a name mortgage with Mortgage Max. They created a cost strategy with me and towed my car anyway. They completely lay for you simply to allow you to create a cost after which take your vehicle with no notice whatsoever. Completely illegal along with a couple of moneygrubbers. Never, actually work together.
