Fraud, Misrepresentation, overstated the car in virtually every way

I bought a Mercedes S55 from Shawn Yazdani, a/k/a Shahin Yazdin doing business as Hannah Import USA. This guy is a fraud.
He claims the car is Carfax certified. Wrong!!!
He claims the car is Starmark certified. Wrong!!!
He claims the car is Florida titled. Wrong!!!
He claims to trade 300 cars per month. I am sure the IRS would like to know about that!!!
He misrepresented the miles by nearly 2000 miles.
He claims that there is no paintwork on the car. Wrong!!!
He claims all electrical is in great working condition.in fact the car needs nearly $8000 in repairs.
BE CAREFUL with this guy. I am not taking this case lying down. I have reported him to Carfax. I am going after his bond with the DMV of Florida. I am filing a complaint with FTC due to fraud. I am suing him for numerous UCC violations, Deceptive Practices Act violations, commonlaw fraud, etc...
I tried to resolve the dispute with him by seeking recission of the sale and returning to the status quo. He rejected my offer without him profiting.
The GPS was ripped off the car.
The power headrests don't work.
