My father and mother rented a car from Avis, With the price fore two days (weekend)$133. When they got there credit card report they where charged for$ 232.77. They when to the local operator to find out why they where charged that amount. The operator explained that the car that was rented, was returned in time but because their was a form that my parents did not to fill out he charged them extra $100 dollars. Problem is he never told them that they had to do that and also he never said anything about a charge that fallows if that form is not filled. He showed us a letter that was attached to the window (written in English) That the costumers supposable have to read when they return the car. Because my parents can not speak English this operator tried to fraud my parents, and I’m sure he have done the same to many other costumers who can’t speak or understand English very well. My parent where discriminated by that
