Did not honor discount coupon

I went for a oil change. I asked the attendant if they accept the $7 coupon I had. He said yes, hold on to it until you pay. I gave him my debit card and the coupon at checkout time.

I am on my way home and my change oil light comes on. This was not only annoying but should be included in the $52 charge. I got home and noticed the $7 discount coupon was not applied to my bill.

I was more concerned with the change oil light repeatedly coming on than the 7 bucks so I returned on the next day to address both issues.

The employee who came to me when I pulled in and had me park and wait out back after I explained my issues. He said the employee who waited on me was new and it was to late to credit me the $7.

He said that maybe I would have to go to a dealership to get the change oil light off because he was sure the tried to shut it off, but he would give it a try when he had an empty bay.

I stood outside by my car and watched his crew service 3 vechicles, he came over and asked for my keys, got in mt car and did something that took 1 minute. After I waited over 20 minutes.

Then to try to make up for the $7 rip-off, he gives me a coupon book that you get when you make a $3 donation.

How could he even think that I would ever go back there AGAIN!
