My wife had a flat tire. She put the spare tire on and drove the flat down to these people. She had them repair the tire. For all intensive purposes they did a good job repairing the flat tire. My wife asked them to change the spare tire for the repair tire. They lifted the car using a jack and then used an impact gun to remove the lug nuts on the spare. They then installed the new tire and used the impact fun to install the new tire.
While doing so they broke a stud on the car. They told my wife they didn't have a replacement stud and she would be fine driving on the broken stud. When i inspected the work i found the terrible work resulted in 1 broken stud and 3 cross threaded studs. This car was in serious danger of snapping more studs and losing a tire. When i found all the damage i went back to them and showed them the damage. They told me it was my fault.
I explained to them that they had done this. I showed them the cross threaded studs and broken stud. They said it happens all the time and my car was too old. I said there work was poor at best and down right dangerous. They said they didn't care.
I asked for my money back. I didn't ask them to fix it. I didn't ask them to pay for thier damage. I just wanted my money back. They told me they didn't care. They put my wife at risk and could care less. They refused to refund me $10 for there poor work. They accused me of there poor work. This place is truly a ripoff.
