Hearing from my Mother that I could TRUST this place to repair a brake line & fuel line on my 93' Chevy pick up, I called Chuck, acting buffoon Manager of this garage. He told me to drop it off and they'd look at it and tell me how much it would cost to repair. No mention of estimate cost whatsoever. He called me the following day to tell me the fuel line alone would cost a whopping $700 to repair!!! I told him No way, I'll come get the truck.
When I go to pick up my truck, the very snotty lady at the desk slides me a bill for $34.69 for the estimate. Previous to this I'd heard nothing about an estimate charge. When I refuse to pay for the estimate, telling them they could have (as I did) looked under the truck in less than 2 minutes and discovered the condition of the fuel line, they threaten to call the, ohNOOOOOOO, POLICE! I said, "Please do." Yes I had to pay the lowsy $34.69 before getting my truck... Thanks Charles (the Buffoon Manager)!
