Drivetime in general is not a fair company. Their cars are overpriced (interest alone is almost equal to the amount of the car). Let alone when you drive off the lot problems seem to start occuring to the car within a couple of weeks. After 1 day if you are late they HARRASS every reference listed plus seem to find other numbers not listed. When I explained my situation which was valid, they belittle you and make you feel inferior. They say they are understanding, will work with you but they don't. They have called my family members liars, called my house 20 times in 3 hours leaving 1 message on my machine the rest were hang-ups. Not to mention the monthly payments on a five year old car is higher than a new model car. Just because one's credit is not sterling does not mean they should be treated this way. I am disabled have limited income and feel more or less I was duped into this agreement. At first it seemed like a good idea at the time but I will NEVER refer anyone to DriveTime. Thank You.
