Quoted $1995.00 to moved my car from Maui to Texas. Car arrived and driver demanded more money then quoted. Called HLL and then said they would give me the $150 back. I was forced to pay the driver $150 more cash just to get my car. He would not release the car until then. We waited alomost two hours to get a hold of HLL and still I was made to pay more. I was very uncertain they would pay it back. I dicussed this concern with them right then. Still have not received credit back. It's been three months. I have emailed over and over giving them chances to follow through. Filed a complaint with BBB and nothing.
