So bad it is unbelievable

Didn't recognize I had been entering a-2 year agreement until following the installation. They attempted to cost me significantly more than the advertised price. Contractors didn't understand the digital-video camera must have 2 wires arriving in the place of 1. Documented continuous lack of sign plus they sent somebody out who shifted the satellite dish but didn't repair the problem. 2 more teams arrived prior to the issue was fixed. The contractors are companies who claim with DirectTV right before you. One of these questioned my child on her telephone number.

After I moved, the specialist didn't appear until 10pm, didn't understand what he was performing, and quit around 11:30. DirectTV held cutting-off my support despite the fact that I had been spending $90 per month. After an hour or so about the telephone they decided that I'd transformed ideas but plus they were getting me for that aged and also the new strategy. I requested to become discrete of my agreement a few months early. The consultant got my info and stated somebody might contact me back. You know what. You got it, no-call.

Undoubtedly the toughest customer support I've experienced in my own 55 years.
