Our criticism is baggage handling, I don’t understand when you have camera’s within the baggage region, but I bought $100 or even more in gifts for my loved ones and children and also to get property to discover, all my gifts were eliminated, is extremely troubling!!! I had been so annoyed to inform my 6-year old boy, the vehicle I bought him in Nevada was obtained from the luggage people in the airport.
Our flight departed from Nevada at 11:25 am on Trip 788 to Charlotte, NC, I skipped my flight, and so I needed to have a 10:25 flight, and my luggage was situated at baggage state workplace after I reached BWI, which was great…. I didn't actually believe somebody might have gone into my baggage, and so I didn't notice. I got my luggage house, used to do not get home until 2am on 9/22/08, and so I didn't unpack my baggage, nevertheless when I acquired up at 6am to ready for function and consider my children to college, I had been enthusiastic to exhibit my boy his new-car, and also to my frustration none of my products were within the carrier; really troubling! I understand I can’t obtain the products back, however the frustration on my kids encounter, was invaluable! And that’s why I’m creating this criticism. I’ve been touring for a long time all over the globe, and also have never had issues with anybody getting products from my baggage. I'd prefer to notice from somebody written down how a scenario such as this is managed.
