They Charged me over 800 to Fix my A/C and didnt fix it

I got the vehicle, since the A/D wasn't operating, I'm an older woman, and that I don’t understand something about vehicles, I requested the clerk to please operate all of the required examination to recognize the issue with my A/D plus they informed me (and cost me) they might operate the CUSTOM A/D check. They stated that the issue was a defective line. I told them to repair the issues. I settled and that I got the vehicle house. The moment I went of, I observe that the atmosphere was coming chilly within the entrance, however the back of the vehicle stayed TRULY WARM. I got it back again to the store, and after times there, they named me to inform me they didn’t understand what the issue was which I had a need to consider the automobile towards the producer seller. I inquired what had occurred, the vents within the back were operating after I had introduced it in, which even if they went the analytical they hadn’t discovered any issues with the ports, however they simply began to behave TRULY rude, and began bothering me for asking questions.

I expected to keep in touch with the supervisor, but he was never open to talk to me. I increased the problem towards the support region representative Mr. Christopher Roach and directly after we named him many times, he responded stating he was on the conference which he couldn’t assist me at that time and he hang-up on me.

I named the 1800 quantity so when I described the problem, the client support woman (Kayla Thomas) explained the program was along which easily desired to do something I had a need to call-back in a later period. I needed to talk to her boss, but I had been informed that Mr. Martin Thomas was unavailable in my experience. I experienced a whole lot worse, but because she didn’t note something concerning the program being along but till I note the criticism, then I named immediately after she hang-up. Once I achieved another customer support repetition, he got the criticism and offered me a guide number: 149-405.

It made me wonder if all of the repetition needed was to obtain me off the point. The organization supposly includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee or they provide a return. I need they recognize their promise and return me my cash, or repair my AC.
