I was charged $129 to my credit card and after calling AND calling i was told it would be refunded and that i was accidentally added to their frequent customer list. I waited a week and nothing. So i called again with no answer. I sent a fax, no answer. I sent an e-mail and recieved an answer saying to wait 48 hours and i would get a refund and they were sorry for the delay. Well i'm still waiting and sent another e-mail today. I tried to call and got a recording saying the phone numbers had been disconnected. Both. Then i checked their web page and it has been removed also!!!
