3. I pumped 5 gallons of gas into my car @ $3.99 a gallon. The total did not come to $19.95, like it was advertised, and like it says on my receipt. The total came to $20.00

I pumped 5 gallons of gas into my car @ $3.99 a gallon. The total did not come to $19.95, like it was advertised, and like it says on my receipt. The total came to $20.00. It is one thing to have the sign out in front be wrong, but when the receipt has the wrong information, it shows that this is no mistake, but in fact good old fashion fraud.
